Interested in looking after your health at home? Join Danyell, our functional nutritionist and herbalist at Herbal Goodness Australia for an indepth workshop introducing you to medicinal herbs!

Danyell will take us on a tour of some of the best medicinal herbs you can use to support your health, and some simple ways you can incorporate them into your diet or lifestyle.

She will show us how to make a delicious immune-boosting elderberry cordial while discussing how to harvest home remedies. Don't forget to collect your own elderberry syrup worksheet to take home!

Garden Goodness Smithfield proudly stocks a wide range of medicinal plants, so why not stock up after the workshop and discuss with our team how best to grow them! We grow a large proportion of plants onsite, plus Danyell grows a wide range at home, stocked exclusively by our two Garden Goodness stores. There'll be special deals for ticket holders on the day, so come early and make your selection so you don't miss out!
