Interested in learning more about nature journaling?

Nature Journaling is the practice of recording your personal observations of nature using pictures, words and numbers in a sketchbook/journal and in doing so become more connected with the natural world.

No art experience or science background is necessary as your tutor, Wendy Orchard, will introduce you to this form of journaling which focuses on ‘drawing to learn rather than learning to draw’.

Using graphite and coloured pencils, pens and watercolours and with techniques such as contour drawing, tracing and direct observation, in this workshop you’ll be guided to create the initial pages of your own unique Nature Journal.

Ages 18+

Limited spaces, bookings essential.

All materials are provided, including an A5 journal to take home.

Fully accessible space.

BYO snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided. There will be a 45min break half way through.
