Introduction to power tools
In this 3-hour, hands-on workshop, you'll learn about some essential repair and refurbishing power tools, and get to use them in a safe and supported environment.
Our facilitator Kelly, will explain about different drills, sanders and saws, what to use them for and how to use them safely. There will be plenty of time for practising so you can build your competence and confidence, have some fun and make a small project to take home!
Power tools and safety equipment will be provided. Participants will be advised of appropriate clothing to wear when bookings are confirmed.
When: Saturday 7 October 10am - 1pm.
Where: The Darebin Hard Rubbish Heroes Pop-up Workshop - 25 Separation Street Northcote, opposite Santa Maria College.
