to our QiGong Workshops – a transformative journey to harmonise your mind and
body.
Join
Sheena Neiva from Ritual Studios, on two consecutive Saturdays at 9am for an
immersive experience into the ancient art of QiGong, a holistic practice rooted
in Chinese medicine and philosophy. Discover the power of gentle movements,
breathwork, and meditation as we guide you through the principles of
cultivating Qi, the vital life force energy. During these two sessions, we’ll
explore the foundations of QiGong, learning simple yet profound exercises to
enhance your overall well-being. Whether you're a beginner or have some
experience, our skilled instructors will create a supportive and inclusive
environment for all participants.

SWELL Sculpture presents Waterlines
With a strong focus on land art, Waterlines is an 11 day immersive experience with sculptural installations and eco programming.
