Tutor:
Simone Deckers is a textile designer who explores her love of colour and pattern through both hand and digitally printed textiles. Greatly inspired by the pure joy and freedom of riding her bike around the streets of Melbourne, she observes the beauty of her surroundings to inform her playful and illustrative designs. Her distinct aesthetic is expressed through a narrative of line, colour, texture and pattern.
