Join us at Bowhouse for an introductory talk about seaweed. This session gives you a first look at what's in store, from foraging to sustainable food practices.

Jayson is a passionate forager, trained professional chef, permaculturist, home gardener and advocate for sustainable living. Originally from New Zealand with Maori Pacific heritage, he has a lifelong love of gathering wild food and a strong passion for local, high-quality food, shaped by over a decade in Scotland. His experience as a seaweed harvest manager gave him valuable expertise in Scottish seaweed, and his years working with communities have shaped his wish to share the simplicity of local, wild and seasonal food with everyone.
