G’day I’m Lauren but you can call me Lozz! I’ve worked for over 15 years in the Australian Defence Force –operating in high performing environments and needless to say I’ve had my fair share of stress! I came to learn Meditation because I wanted to perform better…and I had a sneaking feeling there was something more to life that I was missing. I teach Vedic Meditation and founded Be Here Nowra, a community happiness project helping people reconnect with themselves through meditation.
