Before I learned Vedic Meditation, I was living in New York, running a creative business with a dozen staff, and drinking heavily just to keep up with the pace. The stress and fatigue eventually caught up with me. Since learning this technique nine years ago, I’ve found a sense of calm I didn’t know was possible. I’ve got more energy, greater adaptability, and a deeper connection to who I am without the constant noise of the monkey mind. Vedic Meditation changed my life. I care deeply about teaching teachers to meditate because my mum is a school teacher and over the last 25 years I have seen how much energy it takes to be a teacher - meditation is her time of the day for herself and the last 5 years since she started meditating I've seen a huge shift.
