Getting a good crumb and rise
Common vegan baking mistakes and how to avoid them

Using organic ingredients from Alfalfa House we’ll bake 3 simple vegan recipes.

Coconut banana bread
Anzac cookies
Pumpkin chocolate chip muffins

with enough to sample and to take home to share with your friends and family. Please bring aprons, and containers to carry home your baked goods. Also wear closed shoes feel free to bring your own muffin trays and cookie sheets if you’d like to use them.
