Violet Coleman is the Founder and Creative Director of Georgie Paws. Georgie Paws was founded in 2016 when Violet was 13 years old on values that hold firm today. She has turned the pet industry upside down, leading the way with sustainable and considered shopping, focusing on reducing waste and caring for the earth. 

Under Violet's leadership, Georgie Paws swiftly became renowned worldwide, being stocked in over 400 stores in Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK and Germany. Violet has also at exhibited over 35 domestic and international trade shows in the past 9 years, attracting the likes of Harrods, Anthropologie and Oprah Winfrey. Violet's remarkable journey has been recognized with winning SA Small business of the year in 2024 and a finalist in the SA E-commerce Exporter of the Year. At 14, she was even attracting attention from investors on Shark Tank.

In this session we'll cover the following topics:
