Come along to a free Intro Talk and learn about the different styles of meditation, what Vedic meditation is, how the technique works and the benefits of a regular practice. We will also talk about the course structure and what the promise of lifetime meditation support includes. There’s plenty of time to ask questions, with no obligation to sign up for a course, and you’ll also get to experience the beautiful space at The Revillaging Project!
