Qigong is the art of working with universal life force. Everything is energy. Through the practice of qigong; the cultivation and transmutation of energy, we can experience deep, profound and instant changes in our physical health, mindset, emotional boundaries and sense of purpose.

Calligraphy Health

Calligraphy Health is a flowing, three-dimensional practice developed over 20 years by Master Yang Zhen Hua Yang. Calligraphy Health principles link mind, body and breath through a fusion of Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga and Yang Mian Martial Arts. This intelligent and graceful system regulates the nervous system, strengthens the immune system and so much more through the cultivation of energy or qi and neigong - internal alchemy.

The aim of Calligraphy Health is for the practitioners’ cells to find their home. This is possible through consistent training which simultaneously builds Qi and body awareness. The ability to listen to one’s body is paramount to providing the appropriate environment for your cells to thrive and for responding to your cells' experience in the world. When you look after your cells, your cells can look after you.

About Megan

Megan has trained over 70 days in person at Calligraphy Health retreats and countless hours since 2016. She also teaches Yoga, Pilates and Breathwork and believes in the transformative power of movement and the profound connection between body, mind and spirit. Her mission is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and self-trust, empowering you to live the life you really want to be living. Megan holds regular workshops in Sydney and offers 1:1 Body Therapy, Grounding and Breathwork sessions that inspire you to create space to move through your resistance and meet yourself deeper.
