Join me for an enlightening 6-week journey designed to elevate your psychic abilities to new heights. Each 90 - 120-minute session will be conducted via Zoom, providing a convenient and interactive platform for learning and growth. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this series offers a supportive environment to explore and expand your intuitive potential where you will have opportunity to work with others to push your comfort zones and truly progress as you like. Classes may vary in time depending on the topics covered, so please allow up to 120 minutes (2 hours).

As most people I work with are highly sensitive people and empaths, you have be able to choose whether you want to work with others, be present in the moment, or simply watch the replays which will be recorded.

Class Schedule: Thursdays, 6:30pm - 8:00/8:30pm (Melbourne time) as below:

Outcome: Throughout this 6-week intensive you will learn valuable skills to help yourself and others through somatic experiencing, breathwork techniques, self-enquiry and learning to develop your intuition to become your own healer - and truly psychic! The more work you put in, the more vulnerable you allow yourself to be, the more you will get out of this - so it's important to set an intention before we begin, so your spirit team can help guiding you to become the version of you that's waiting to be seen.

Who is this for? Most people that gravitate towards my work are highly sensitive people, empaths, neurodivergent, introverts, reiki practitioners, and/or trauma informed practitioners that have been through a lifetime of living in a 'thinking world', when they are often much more sensitive, or 'feeling' people. As a result, they are often misunderstood; their needs aren't met; and they have shut down all of their beautiful sensitivities that make them see the world in a unique way, often left with dysregulated nervous systems that try and keep up. This course, is designed for those of you who think, feel, and perceive the world differently, and want to change their life through understanding their souls gifts in a safe, supportive online community with like-minded people that aren't here to judge, but rather, to encourage, support and connect. Everyone, from any background is welcomed, we are all one, and we are all fearful of being judged for being who we truly are, so please be mindful of the way you show up - be all of you, you are welcome here. By the end of this 6 week journey together, you will have all of the knowledge, understanding and wisdom to do a full chakra, energetic, and psychic reading for someone - and will get to practise this in the last session!!

What you will need: an open mind and vulnerability to share your 'gifts'; oracle or tarot cards (please note - I do not teach tarot, so please only use these if you already work with them); journal/notebook and pen; a trustworthy internet connection!

What will you receive? Each week, we will focus on a different area of development which will include PowerPoint presentations via zoom; visual, audio, and kinaesthetic learning techniques; breathwork and meditations; questions, shares, and answers; some downloadable tools; some group work/work in pairs in the later sessions (this will be shown on the schedule - no surprises); an online platform via WhatsApp or Facebook to connect with each other so you can keep practising after the course ends, and create new friendships with like-minded people. Class Outline:

Week One:

Introduction and expansion of awareness of energy; introduction to the psychic senses (what they are, how they are perceived); course overview, breath techniques to help you align with your higher self and work with your higher senses, meditation to uncover your strongest psychic sense; psychic protection.

Week Two:

Introduction and exploration of the 9 main chakras and to balance them with self-awareness, breath and intention; how they are purposed through the back and front of the body and what that represents energetically; pranayama (working with energy and the breath) technique to calm and centre the self; chakra meditation techniques to balance your chakra system when you feel dysregulated.

Week Three:

The power of prana (life force energy); introduction to help prepare the aspirant for 'reading' the energy of others through time and space; introduction to oracle cards reading; breathwork technique; sitting in the power and activating the chakras and psychic gifts within.

Week Four:

Revisiting the psychic senses to create a deeper understanding of self-awareness; breathwork to drop into the body and out of the mind and ego; locating 'blocked' pain/energy/emotions within the soma (body) through gentle observation; learning to release it through energy, intention and the breath; letter to younger self to feel and heal it.

Week Five:

Meet your spirit team through a carefully guided deep meditation, starting to weave together the range of tools we have learned the four weeks prior so you can understand and work with their energy better on your pathway forward. We will also go over a discernment practise to ensure you are only working with spirit guides that are there for your highest timeline and greatest good. Lean in and learn to trust your spirit team, the types of spirit guides you may have, your psychic senses, and learn some cool techniques to connect with symbolism that you may see in sessions or the external world for validation.

Week Six:

Graduation!! In the final session, we focus on bringing everything we have learned together, and drop into your power to share a full energetic, chakra, and/or psychic reading for someone to test your skills and gain valuable feedback in a supportive environment to keep working with your talents. This is about trusting your light, your power, and actually using your gifts to start showing up in the world; to build confidence and experience as a spiritual being having a human experience.
