✨ Theta Healing ~ releasing negative beliefs and emotions at the subconscious level

✨ Meditation ~ I will lead and guide you through an intuitive meditation 

✨ Release & Intent ~ putting the words from thought, to paper, to fire to unblock limiting beliefs and releasing any manifestations to the ocean and allowing your guides to help direct you on the path of most reward to your soul’s agenda

✨ Cold Water Immersion ~ An ocean swim to cleanse and awaken.

✨ Conscious Breath Control ~ A briefly guided breathwork session.

✨ Nourishment ~ A shared fruit and nibbles platter to break the body’s fast.

At this point, we are halfway through the calendar year. Here we can reflect on what we have so far experienced and look toward what we can achieve, even if for you in your current season that simply means putting one foot in front of the other in the coming days. 
*When I say simply, I do not intend to undermine any hardship you maybe experiencing. Things can be simple but that does not mean they are easy*

I ask for you to bring a journal or paper with you please. If you have the time to do so prior to attending please on two seperate pieces have the following:

1. What are you choosing to release and let go, what do you no longer want to hold onto engertically. Do you need to dissolve the anger you hold or offer forgiveness?

2. What are you calling in? What would you like to achieve or shift to raise your vibration? Is it to listen more intently? To slow down? To acknowledge patience. Tune in and ask yourself, for you also have all the answers
