When you are experiencing chronic health challenges, exhaustion, overwhelm or simply feeling stuck, it can sometimes feel as though you have become disconnected from your body, your energy and even the person you used to be. This practical one-hour wellbeing workshop introduces you to the seven main chakras and your subtle body energy, giving you gentle techniques to explore where your energy may feel blocked, depleted or out of balance. The workshop forms part of a new program being developed by Michele to support people through a process of healing, transformation and elevation towards their best future self.

Michele has been trained in these techniques by Dr Irina Webster and holds an Advanced Diploma in Intuitive Healing.

What We Will Explore

During this practical session, Michele will guide you through:

Understanding the seven main chakras and their relationship with different aspects of our emotional and energetic wellbeing.
Connecting with your subtle body energy and beginning to develop greater awareness of what you notice within your own body and energetic field.
Identifying chakras that may feel blocked or out of balance, helping you become more aware of areas where you may feel energetically stuck.
Gentle techniques to clear your chakras and release energy that you feel is no longer serving you.
Restoring positive emotions and qualities to each energy centre, moving beyond simply clearing and intentionally bringing positive energy back in.
Using beautiful chakra sprays from Two Jays Emporium to complement your chakra practice.
Learning simple practices to use at home, so you can continue connecting with and supporting your energy after the workshop.

Moving From Clearing to Reconnection

This workshop is about more than simply learning about the chakras. It is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body and explore your energetic wellbeing from a different perspective. For people who have been struggling with chronic health challenges, exhaustion, overwhelm or feeling stuck, this can be an opportunity to begin exploring what may be happening beneath the surface and to reconnect with a sense of possibility.

The intention is to help you begin clearing what feels stuck, reconnecting with your body, reclaiming your power and freedom, and feeling more in control of your health and future. This introductory workshop is one of the foundational steps in Michele's developing healing, transformation and elevation program, designed to support you as you work towards becoming your best future self.

Meet your host: Michele Chaseling’s passion is holistic practices, particularly with Energy Psychology, with an Advanced Diploma in Intuitive (Energy) Healing and she also is a qualified Emotion Code and Body Code practitioner. Michele is an accredited Social Worker, registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers. Michele is also a member with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. Michele is an approved counsellor with NSW Victims Services and is registered with DVA to provide social work services.

Michele’s passion is looking at a person’s wellbeing through a holistic lens, with Energy Psychology as a main practice. Various techniques can be used depending on the person’s needs, with an integrated and eclectic approach. There is no need to discuss past experiences in any detail in a session, with all practice having a trauma informed lens. Michele has a special interest in working with chronic health issues and pain, working with you on your healing journey.Michele helps people who are struggling with chronic health challenges, exhaustion, overwhelm, and feeling stuck, to uncover and release the energetic root causes of their symptoms — so they can reconnect with their body, reclaim their power and freedom, and feel more in control of their health and future.
