WHAT IS ACUPRESSURE YOGA?

I combine the powerful and relaxation techniques of a yin-like yoga practice, Kundalini practices, meditation, breathing exercises and other yoga sciences to amplify the success of acupressure to relieve stress and pain.

Though I could teach you many different points in one session, I will go deep focusing on acupressure points for 2 organs in the body in each session for proper cleansing and impact.

Esther’s journey experiencing chronic pain lead her to read all the books that she could manifest about this topic. When stumbling upon alternative health books, she become more and more fascinated towards their approach when treating diseases. Which eventually motivated her to become a holistic therapist in Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine.

As a result of her extensive research in learning about how to release stress ✨✨✨ in the body, she has created a different dynamic approach to Yin Yoga, by incorporating acupuncture points to add to it’s extra healing effects.
