Yoga in the Park with Intuitive Moves

A gentle yet powerful flow with Ellana at Robelle Domain to move, reset, and begin with intention. No yoga experience required - if you’re able to get down to the ground and back up again, you’re more than welcome to join! We’ll flow for 30 to 45 minutes.

After class, I encourage to get to know one another, stick around for a chat, head to a nearby café for coffee, or get on with your day - totally up to you!

What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Layers to keep you warm before class and comfortable as you warm up
