Yoga in the Park with Intuitive Moves

A gentle yet powerful 45 minute flow with Ellana at Robelle Domain to move, reset, and begin with intention. No yoga experience required - if you’re able to get down to the ground and back up again, you’re more than welcome to join!

After class, I encourage to get to know one another, stick around for a chat, head to a nearby café for coffee, or get on with your day - totally up to you!

🏃🏻‍♀️ Park Run starts at 7am so if you're looking for some extra movement on your Saturday morning, walk, jog or run your choice. Check out Park Run's website for more information on this.
