In this deeply relaxing experience, Phil Barlow shares healing heart songs, sound healing frequencies, vocal toning, and poetic meditations. Intuitive Music Healing is designed to help you: 

- Unwind from stress and enjoy peace and calm

- Release challenging emotions in a effortless way

- Reconnect to the warmth of your heart

-  Foster self love, compassion and forgiveness. 

- Access blissful states of consciousness

This is a space for you to be at ease and let go. 

There will also be time at the end of the healing session to connect as a like-minded community.


Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and water.
