Intuitive Painting - New Year Intentions 2025

Set and explore your intentions for the new year through creative processes.

Allow yourself to play and enjoy putting paint on paper without regard for the end result. You don't need experience or 'talent', just come with an open mind and a willingness to enjoy some meditative 'me time' in the gorgeous historical 'Fodder Room' in Busselton. We will engage in a nature-based mindfulness activity, a writing activity, and then, with gentle guidance by Angela you will create your soulful creation on a large sheet of paper. You will have a lovely big image to take home that may continue to reveal meaning throughout the year.

The process is easy to follow and you will be amazed at what you can do. All materials are provided.
