About the Facilitator:

Hi, I’m Nicolas. Since 2010, I’ve been on a devoted path of mastering intuitive and presence-based communication. It began with a year-long training in intuitive speaking and coaching, followed by four years of committed practice at Toastmasters. Soon after, I founded my own group—Authenticity Speaks—which ran weekly for four years, helping people courageously share their truths in a safe, transformative space.

I also hosted the Breaking Free from the 9 to 5 podcast, featuring over 50 conversations with global transformational leaders. In recent years, I’ve deepened my own growth through private training in dynamic emergent relating, where truth-telling, vulnerability, and love became the foundation of transformation.

This isn’t just my work—it’s my soul’s calling. And I’m here to guide others into their truth, voice, and liberation.

How It Works:

This workshop is a series of practical exercises and experiences that will focus on:

Resetting your nervous system and being grounded and centred within your inner being

Tuning into your intuitive wisdom and speaking from a place of emptiness

Having an opportunity to witness with compassion the egoic masks or strategies you use to stay safe or secure when communicating with others.

Using playfulness and creativity as a way to get out of your own way

Improve your listening and speaking skills

Exercises to be present and provide useful supportive feedback that assists in each person evolving and developing to their next edge of growth.

Each session is different and will be simultaneously planned as well as reading the energy of the shared space to provide what would be most useful for the group in the moment.
