Ben is the Managing Director for Alpha Node. His experience in business and financial controls expands over 20 years, with notable senior roles, being Trustee, AFSL and Investment Fund Operations, Financial Controller, Acting CFO and Company Secretary for an ASX Listed Company.

Amongst his current Directorships is Bamboo, a micro investment app, which provides access to digital assets.

Ben has extensive experience with trading digital assets, developing controls around digital assets and their management, together with brokerage, consulting, education and capital financing of digital assets.

Ben is a former Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Business Law).

Aaron is a Chartered Accountant and Cryptocurrency Advisor with extensive experience across both public practice and commercial finance. A Chartered Tax Advisor and Registered Tax Agent, Aaron specialises in helping small to medium enterprises optimise their financial strategies, with a growing focus on digital assets and emerging financial technologies.

He brings a strong understanding of tax structuring, regulatory compliance, and the practical applications of blockchain in business. Aaron works closely with founders, investors, and business owners to navigate the evolving crypto landscape and unlock opportunities for sustainable growth.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Taxation), a Master of Taxation, and is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ and the Tax Institute of Australia. He is also a registered ASIC Agent and Xero Partner.
