Ian is a seasoned entrepreneur with global commercial experience across industries. He has transformed early-stage science, technology, and business model projects into successful ventures. As Chair of InterGrain, REX Ortho, Omni Innovation, and Perth Angels, he brings extensive leadership and board experience across public and private companies. Ian has played a key role in major strategic initiatives, including licensing deals—one of Australia’s largest in 2015—spin-outs, IPOs, asset sales, and multiple fundraising rounds.

Lea is the Co-Founder of Quaefacta, with a strong background in strategy consulting and project management for tertiary healthcare facilities. She has a proven track record in healthcare robotics, electronic medical systems, and IoT. With extensive clinical experience in pediatric and adult pharmacy, she specializes in medication safety initiatives and the procurement and implementation of digital healthcare technologies, including electronic prescribing, pharmacy robotics, and barcode scanning systems. Lea is actively involved in international digital health organizations such as FTR4H, Startupbootcamp Berlin, and GCCCF. She also speaks, moderates, and organizes events worldwide on digital health and blockchain.

Daniel is an investment adviser at Shaw and Partners, with a thorough understanding of financial markets and strategic long-term financial planning, Daniel constructs and carefully manages the investment portfolios of a select group of private clients and sophisticated investors.
