If you suffer with soreness, stiffness, lack of movement, breathing issues or any other invisible illness including mental health.
We are Invisible Illnesses have put together a gentle exercise program that will help you train your mind and free up that body. Our fitness instructor is a qualified personal trainer.
Two flex n stretch sessions held on Mondays & Wednesdays weekly will be personalised to you. It will help with your daily activity and self achievement.
Bring your sense of humour and together we can learn about you and your body and what you can do.
You won't regret this, it's fun, feel good and challenging.
