Event description

You are warmly invited to celebrate the launch of our new book in Sydney.

The Fearless Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Practitioner
Leading DEI with Impact and Sustainability
Roman Ruzbacky, Fiona Krautil and Tom Verghese

ABOUT THE EVENT

Hosted in partnership with Page Executive, join the authors Fiona Krautil and Roman Ruzbacky for an interactive discussion and Q&A what it means to be a fearless DEI practitioner in a time of uncertainty and resistance. We will talk about some of the fearless qualities, traits and practices of DEI leaders and and leaders looking to strengthen their DEI leadership practice.

We will also touch on two frameworks we have developed that inform our work. One is to influence others, called the 3H model - 'Head, Heart and Hands'. When effectively utilised, all three elements work together to champion the DEI transformation agenda. The second framework is a leadership model which represents leading one’s Self, Teams, and Organisations (STO) For effective DEI strategy design and execution, all three elements must work together.

Signed copies of the book will be available to purchase and a small donation made from each book to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.
