This practice will integrate the ancient technologies of Himalayan Tantra and Veda traditions ~ Kundalini Kriya, Himalayan Breathwork, Sacred Mantra, Hatha Vinyasa and Vedic Wisdom 💫
We will be working with SHIVA practices. Shiva is the aspect of consciousness which represents nothingness….stillness….silence….the place where Infinite Potential lives 😍 Nothingness is the home of creation!
More often than not, we get in our own way when it comes to our growth, potential and healing. It’s nothing outside of us, it is always our own selves, in our own way. Shiva practices can help to dissolve this boundary!
Shiva is the annihilator of false identity - The Ego! He is the destroyer of the time bound self, teaching us to be in the world but not OF the world. When you can perceive the limitless nature of existence, you also become limitless 💫
