INWARD: An Introspective Retreat in Kinglake

April 17–19 | The Cheeky Fox, Kinglakes Ranges

“The greatest journey you can take in this life is the six inches from your head to your heart.”
In the fast pace of modern life, making that sacred inner pilgrimage can feel almost impossible. This retreat will create the time, space, and guidance to return to yourself.

This is not just a reset; this is a return to, and an honouring of your heart's deepest desire (Sankalpa). We will explore practices that allow this intention to rise from within and help you overcome behaviours that, consciously or unconsciously, limit your highest potential and the deeper purpose that longs to express through you.

Are you ready make space for silence and self-enquiry to create change in your life and take the next step?

Yoga Sutra 2.44 — Svadhyayad ista-devata-samprayogah

“Through self-study and contemplation, we connect to inner knowing.”
This sutra sits at the heart of our retreat.

Held on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Taungurung people, this three-day immersion invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect in nature at the beautiful sanctuary of The Cheeky Fox in Kinglake.

Your experienced facilitators, Rayne Watkin (@yogawithrayne) and Sarah Machado (@sarahmachadoyoga), will guide you through a deeply supportive journey to help you realign with your inner wisdom—gently and effortlessly.
