INWARD is a seasonal immersion that draws from traditional tantric philosophy and the applied techniques of Hatha yoga—āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra, and meditation—to support this natural turning toward the inner world.

Rooted in the wisdom of the tantric tradition, this immersion offers both practice and perspective:
▽ A complete morning Tantric Hatha yoga practice to awaken inner pathways
▽ A reflective discourse on the tantric view of winter, rest, and renewal
▽ Restorative practice with a guided Yoga Nidra to close
