Join Menopause Friendly Australia’s founder, Grace Molloy and Imogen Crump - who famously called out a hot flush on ABC News Breakfast, becoming an accidental worldwide advocate for normalising menopause at work and learn how you can open the conversation about menopause at work.
Perceptions around menopause in Australian workplaces needs to change and a recent Senate Inquiry into Menopause and Perimenopause recommended that employers provide menopause friendly workplaces. Leading employers are adopting menopause, menstruation and reproductive health policies in response to increasing awareness of these issues in the workplace.

About Grace Molloy
Grace Molloy is the Founder and CEO of Menopause Friendly Australia, an Australian Registered Nurse and member of the Australasian and International Menopause Societies. She has a background in financial audit, business development and commercial partnerships. She is a member of Standards Australia’s Occupational Health and Safety Management Committee reviewing the proposed International Standard “ISO45010 Menstruation, Menstrual Health and Menopause in the Workplace”
Imogen Crump is a journalist and editor with around 30 years’ experience with news organisations including the BBC and ABC with a focus on public service journalism. She’s now at the University of Melbourne as editor of the research news website, Pursuit. Throughout her career she has covered conflict in the Middle East, riots, terrorist attacks, presidential elections, coups, Olympic Games and research discoveries, as well as an advocate for women’s health and wellbeing.
Menopause Friendly Australia helps workplaces improve productivity, achieve gender equality targets and promote workplace wellbeing by improving the way people experience menopause at work. MFA was as state winner of the 2024 Telstra Best of Business Awards in the Accelerating Women category.
