Join Menopause Friendly Australia’s founder, Grace Molloy and learn how you can open the conversation about perimenopause, menopause and reproductive health at work with an interactive three hour workshop.
Menopause is not just a conversation for the over 50's. In fact, by that time, many women may have been suffering the many varied symptoms of perimenopause for a decade already!
Perceptions around menopause in Australian workplaces needs to change and a recent Senate Inquiry into Menopause and Perimenopause recommended that employers provide menopause friendly workplaces. Leading employers are adopting menopause, menstruation and reproductive health policies in response to increasing awareness of these issues in the workplace.
Why are we talking about menopause now?

- 73% say stress and anxiety was higher during menopause
- Yet 70% of Australian women say they don’t feel comfortable talking about menopause at work

- 83% say menopause has had a negative impact on their work
