Ana Asanovic is a senior communications and marketing professional with 20 years of global experience spanning communications, languages, storytelling, and campaign management. A published author, public speaker, and advocate for migrant and refugee women, she is also a former award-winning travel blogger who has lived on three continents.
Having been a refugee at the age of 11 and later migrating to Australia to career change and follow her passions, Ana deeply understands the barriers migrant and refugee women face in accessing professional opportunities. She is passionate about creating pathways that empower women, ensuring their voices are heard and valued in workplaces and communities.
Ana has contributed to two books showcasing women’s stories, both as a writer and editor, openly sharing her own experience of migrating alone to Australia. Through storytelling and advocacy, she amplifies the experiences of migrants and refugees, shedding light on resilience, identity, mental health, and belonging.
A member of Writers Victoria, Ana brings expertise in strategic communication, engagement, and storytelling to drive meaningful change. Whether through writing, public speaking, or campaign development, she is committed to fostering inclusion and equity.

Natasha Redman is one of Melbourne’s leading change management specialists, a Kath and Kim superfan and a passionate Agile enthusiast. She has worked across a range of industries and technologies and with many of Australia’s favourite corporates.
With a strong background in change leadership, she founded Casa De Cambio (Spanish for ‘House of Change’) in 2019 because she saw a real need for sustainable change. That means really understanding her clients’ business – not just delivering point solutions or bringing in change managers to tick the compliance boxes.
When she takes on a client, she starts by getting clear on the business problem. Then she designs solutions and provides the right level of support to ensure those solutions keep working when she leaves.
Natasha’s strong mentoring background has led to multiple opportunities to build change capability within large organisations. She is often sought out to coach leaders and companies on how to implement change well and demonstrate what good looks like and build tailored tools and methodologies to meet their needs.
Natasha’s passion for all things change led to her creating and hosting a successful podcast (also called Casa de Cambio!) about change, technology, innovation and leadership.
