IPA Collective National Showcase

Many organisations wish to improve their factory or process capability, it has been a goal for decades, with organisations investing heavily in programs based around the Toyota principles, such as LEAN, Six Sigma and others. We now talk about Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence, as being the silver bullet for the future.

In this workshop, we will explore some of the fundamentals of improving process capability, through a series of presentations in a storyboard format. The presenters are part of our IPA Collective program, which brings together leading industry experts from around Australia.

Our Storyboard begins with building the foundations and progresses through to creating visibility through enterprise solutions.

This is open to a broad range of business personnel, Site Managers, Operations, Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, Engineering or anyone looking to improve their process capability.
