    Celebrating Victoria's best women leaders

Launched in 2017, IPAA Victoria’s Top 50 Public Sector Women awards program recognises women in all levels of government – Commonwealth, State and Local – for their leadership, dedication and accomplishment to the public sector.

The Top 50 Public Sector Women awards:

    • recognise individual excellence and achievement of exceptional female leaders and their significant work
    • provide a platform of support and encouragement to other women working in the public sector, and
    • identify and celebrate women leaders and role models for staff across the public sector in Victoria.

IPAA Victoria is a champion of diversity and inclusion and nominations for the Top 50 are encouraged from people in the public sector who identify as women, gender diverse, transgender and non-binary.
