ReSounding is all about sharing the healing power of sound and yoga. I am Heidi Bone and ReSounding is the coming together of my passion for sharing the gift of self healing with communities around Australia.

Since 2011 I have been on a journey, learning skills and recognising my inherent abilities in the art of healing. Starting with yoga, I became a qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2012, pivoting into Kundalini Yoga Therapy in 2016. Inspired by the yoga, in 2018 I purchased my first gong and started my sound healing training with a 10 day retreat with Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux.

Since then I have gained qualifications as a Sound Healing Practitioner with the international Sound Healing Academy, Kundalini Yoga Therapy for Mental Health with the Guru Ram Das Centre for Medicine and Humanology and Reiki Level 2 (practitioner level) with the Yemaya Centre in Lismore.

I utilise all of these learnings in my sound and yoga offerings. I believe in life long learning and continue to attend retreats, trainings and festivals to expand my knowledge and understanding of the healing arts.
