Ipswich Threads are delighted to invite all our friends, family and followers to the launch of our preview exhibition.
Ipswich Threads celebrates the woollen textile manufacturing heritage of the city through art.
Date: Friday, September 1st
Time: 6:00pm for 6:30pm start
Place: Firestation 101, 101 Limestone Street, Ipswich

Come and view what Rhode Island artist, Deborah Baronas and Heritage scholar, Dr Janis Hanley, have been working on with their team of collaborators and contributing artists.
The exhibition will showcase a range of artistic modalities and methods inspired by Ipswich’s woollen textile industry.
The Ipswich Threads exhibition is part of the Galvanized Festival, is on from 1st of September to 3rd September from 10am to 4pm each day.
Ipswich Threads is supported by a RADF grant project jointed funded by Ipswich City Council and the Sate Government of Queensland.
