Ipswich Vigoro Association - Community Yarns LIVIN Well

Join us In Person for our next community yarns event as we are joined by LIVINWell. As they present their mental health educational program building on LIVIN’s mantra that “It Ain’t Weak to Speak”. The program aims to break the stigma of mental health, enhance self-efficacy (both helping yourself and helping others) and encourage help-seeking behaviours. It is delivered by experienced, highly relatable and carefully selected facilitators who have a blend of lived experience and mental health training. 

Please note that due to the nature of the content our LIVINWell sessions are appropriate for high school-aged children in Yrs 7-12 and adults.
