Generative AI is flattening the field. The big TVC no longer requires the big TVC budget, and that matters in an economy asking marketers to do more with less. The question is no longer "can we afford it?" It's "what do we do with the advantage?"

Keynote: Nick Hunter, Founder & CEO, Paper Moose Nick opens the night by pulling back the curtain on recent work and their proprietary technology stack behind it: The tools, the team structure, the bespoke agentic harnesses, what broke along the way, and what it means for the economics of challenger-brand marketing.

Join three marketers finding out in real time:

Oscar McMahon, Co-founder, Young Henry's has just launched Super Rice Lager now flying off the shelves in BWS and Dan Murphy's fridges. Oscar will share what the equaliser looks like from the founder's chair.

James Dysel, Marketing Director and Founder of Make Marketing Better a light-buyer focus and a social-first playbook most recently at Snack Brands Australia. James brings the brand-side view: what AI changes for shelf brands fighting for attention against the biggest budgets in the category, and what it can't fix.

Samantha Hansen, Marketing Director, Raw C one of Australia's fastest-moving challenger beverage brands, actively working out where AI production earns its keep.

Panel, moderated by Nick Hunter:

The equaliser argument: does Gen AI genuinely level the playing field for challengers, or is it a rising tide that lifts the big boats faster?
What it genuinely unlocks: production speed, iteration, testing, personalisation at scale
What it can't: taste, strategy, and giving people a reason to care
Live Q&A, then drinks and debate

Who it's for: founders, CMOs and marketing leads of challenger brands who want the punch of a big agency without the invoice.

Seats are limited to keep the conversation honest.
