NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (Hybrid)

The ISACA Melbourne Chapter Board invites all current members of the ISACA Melbourne Chapter to our hybrid Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on:

Wednesday 30th April 2025 commencing at 6:00pm sharp

Registration options:

In-person (*) – RMIT University “Swanston Academic Building” , Building 80, L2, Lecture Room 7, 445 Swanston Street, Melbourne

OR

Virtual – Microsoft Teams Meeting

OR

Proxy form – see below for details on submitting a quick & easy digital proxy form, enabling your eligibility for a prize draw!

*The ISACA Melbourne Chapter Board is pleased to encourage members to register for the in-person option, but note it has a limited capacity.

In support of hybrid work and flexibility, the virtual attendance option via Microsoft Teams is also open to all members. Details to virtually join the AGM will be distributed prior to the event, via your registration email address.

If you believe you will be unable to attend in-person or virtually on the night, we kindly ask that you please complete our digital proxy form
using DocuSign so that the quorum can be fulfilled and enable the AGM to proceed.

Proxy form nomination cut-off is Tuesday 29th April 6:00pm AEST, to allow for an audit of validity by the Membership Director and Board Secretary.

CPE Hours:  1.5 hour

Cost:  FREE.  This event is restricted to members of ISACA Melbourne Chapter.

When registering, please specify accurately your membership number and your ISACA member registered email address.  These details should match with your ISACA’s membership profile.  Otherwise, your attendance at the event will be excluded from the CPE Upload.
