Registration is only available to participants (and their accompany partners) who have submitted an abstract and received acceptance.

Important Dates

Seminar registrations will open in the 14th of November 2025 and close on the 31st of March 2026. Early bird pricing ends 31 January 2026.

Refunds and Cancellations

Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be submitted in writing to conference co-convenors - greg.vass@adelaide.edu.au and edward.palmer@adelaide.edu.au

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the conference will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations after March 31st 2026. A No-Show will be deemed a cancellation, and the above policy applies.
