Hello @FirstName,

Thank you for registering for @EventName !

Event details:
Date: 24th of October
Time: 6-7pm
Join via the Zoom: [INSERT LINK]
Passcode: [INSERT PASSWORD]

If possible, please join the meeting 5 minutes before the start time.

The session will begin with a brief 15–20 minute presentation, followed by plenty of time for questions. To help the session run smoothly, please note the following:

Everyone will be muted when joining the session to help minimise background noise.
Please update your Zoom display name to include your first name and surname initial (e.g. Sarah A) so we can easily call on you if you'd like to ask a question.
If you'd like to ask a question, please either raise your hand or post a message in the chat. We'll invite people to unmute when it's your turn.
Once your question has been answered, please return to mute so we can continue with the next person.
We'll do our best to answer as many questions as possible throughout the session. If we don't get to your question, please feel free to email us afterwards at info@ishpa.com.au and we'll be happy to help.

Feel free to bring along a snack and make yourself comfortable! You're welcome to have your camera on or off throughout the session, whatever you're most comfortable with.

Please note that this session will be recorded, and we will be using an AI note-taking tool to assist with capturing the discussion. By participating with your camera or microphone on, you may be included in the recording and transcript.

If you have any trouble accessing the session, please contact us at info@ishpa.com.au.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Warm regards,

The ISHPA Team
