Isn't It Romantic? Music in the Gallery featuring Natasha Kloppers
Event description
It’s not just the name of a song - it’s an era in history which has inspired music, literature, art and philosophy. And it’s music of the Romantic Era that you will hear and enjoy when Natasha Kloppers joins us for Music in the Gallery on Sunday 27th March 2022. Familiar music from composers such as Chopin, DeBussy and Satie - music with the ability to transport you to another realm. And also some pieces by contemporary composers like Luke Faulkner whose works mirror those of his musical heroes, and an arrangement of Tchaikovsky by Karen Kornienko. It’s a concert to take the word “swoon” to a new level of, well, swooning. We’ll have the smelling salts on stand-by.
$15 for SAGS members, $20 for non-members. Complimentary glass of sparkling on arrival. Entry from 1:30pm for concert to commence at 2pm.
