ISO 45001:2018 Awareness Course

OVERVIEW

The ISO 45001, the new international standard for Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management Systems, was published in March 2018.

ISO 45001:2018 has been prepared based on the 'High Level Structure'. This comprehensive approach allows full integration with other management systems, such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

ISO 45001:2018 will replace OHSAS 18001 and is anticipated to replace AS/NZS 4801.

Similar to the 2015 revisions of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, there will be a 3 year migration period.

Bureau Veritas is offering a series of 1 day awareness courses introducing delegates to the new standard.This course will explain the requirements of the new standard and give you the information you need to successfully transition.

This course will cover:

Detailed information of the key terms, definitions and requirements of ISO 45001
Introduction to the High Level Structure (HLS)
Understanding the differences and relationships between the revised standard
ISO 45001 clauses and help delegates understand how to interpret and apply
How to manage a successful transition plan

By getting a head start on your understanding of ISO 45001:2018, you can ease your business’ transition to the new standards and get ahead of the pack.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the training course?

There are a number of parking stations in the vicinity and the area is well serviced by public transport.

What can/can't I bring to the course?

Please bring something to take notes, such as pen, paper or tablet. All other material will be provided.

Attendees are encouraged to turn their mobile phones to silent during the event to avoid disrupting the course for others.

Is my registration transferrable?

Your registration may be transferred to another attendee, however we respectfully ask that you notify BV of the change and that your provide the new attendee's details.

Do I have to bring my printed registration confirmation to the training course?

Please bring your printed confirmation to the course as proof of registration

What is the refund policy?

Please note that Bureau Veritas will be unable to offer any refunds. Your registration may be transferred to the next session. Please contact the event organiser to arrange.

The name on the registration doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

If the name of the person attending the training is different to the name on the registration, please provide the correct name of the attendee to Bureau Veritas as soon as possible to ensure our records are accurate.
