Welcome to It's a Jungle! Parent & Carers night! Join us at the Killara Centre for a wild evening of fun and learning. Connect with other parents and carers as we navigate the jungle of raising children. An evening hosted by Dr Brenda Heyworth for our parents to discuss practical strategies to deal with ‘the jungle’ at home and a framework to help children and teenagers develop better emotional regulation and self-control.
