    Welcome Lovers to the Mother's Day edition of It's a Love Story.

    Are you willing to dive into the depths of Self Love?

    Are you willing to let go of the stories you tell yourself? 

    Are you willing to shine your brightest light on your deep shadows?

    This evening will take you on a deep journey of uncovering your magic and your self love. Allowing you to step into your feminine power and shine your light for others to follow. 

    This is your time! 

    You are your own Love Story!

    What to expect on the night..

    We will be creating a safe space for women to connect with other women. We will be delving into different aspects of self care, self love, nervous system regulation and your journey with self.

    For our Mother's Day evening, I am inviting you to bring along your Mother, your daughter, your sister or a beautiful friend that you would like to connect on a deeper level with. This is your opportunity to push past the barriers that hold you back in your communication with your chosen loved one. 

    We will be practicing certain techniques to allow the space and safety to express your wants and needs as you dive into your relationship with your chosen one. 

    Jai will be guiding you for the entirety of this special evening.

    Breathwork

    Jai will be guiding you through a conscious connected breathwork journey.  Conscious connected breathing is modality that supports your mind, body and soul. Breathwork itself activates the body's natural healing abilities, promotes self exploration and self awareness into the layers of our body and mind that store trauma and offers a path to conscious personal growth and transformation. 

    This is a womens only event and I will be opening this event up to younger daughters. If you would like to discuss the option of participating with your daughter and have questions, please contact me via my Instagram account -Jaidrennan.


    What to bring..

    -A journal and pen 

    -A blanket and warm clothes if you tend to feel the cold 

    -Bottle of water.

    - An open heart and an open mind.


    What to wear... 

    Comfy clothing, and a jumper as you may get cold during Breathwork.

    Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled into the space. The doors will close at 6:05 to contain the energy of the special container.
