Italian Cooking Class: Gnocchi with Butter and Sage & Saltimbocca
Event description
About the Class:
Hi there, are you ready to make one of the most famous dishes in Italy? In this class we are going to learn how to make Gnocchi with butter and sage from scratch and then a very tasty plate, Saltimbocca (thin top round slices with prosciutto crudo di Parma). At the end we will eat what we made!
P.S: This class is great for sage lovers! :)
**Please let us know if you have any food allergies prior to the class so we can make accommodations, where possible. (Email kitchenmanager@mass-ave.org)
About the Instructor:
Come learn with Luca, born and raised in Brucoli, a charming fisherman's village in Sicily. It was there, watching his mother, that he developed a deep passion for cooking. Now, he enjoys sharing the flavors of authentic Italian cuisine with all who are eager to learn and eat! ;) Check out @mangiaconluca!
