OLJ ITALIAN LONG LUNCH

The Queensland Commandery of the Order of St Lazarus, cordially invite you to attend their next fundraising event - The ITALIAN LONG LUNCH.

Inspired by the concept of Italian conviviality, you will feel like you are in Italy as you are seated at long tables, whilst you laze over lunch and share bowls of traditional Italian pasta, paddles of delicious 48 hour sourdough pizzas, and of course classic Italian dishes reminiscent of the sunny days in the Italian countryside.

When: Sunday, 25 May 2025

Where: ANFE Italian Club, 429 Stafford Rd, Stafford (Entry via Victor Street ONLY)

Time: 12pm to 3pm

Cost: $130 per person (of which $60 is tax deductible) includes three-course lunch and Prosecco on arrival.

PENNE ALLA PUTTANESCA - Short pasta tossed with olives, capers, anchovies, chilli, tomato sugo.
PACCHERI AL RAGÙ - Large tubular pasta with 6-hour slow-cooked beef & pork ragù.

Pizza paddles with:

PIZZA REGINA MARGHERITA - Tomato, fior di latte mozzarella, basil, parmesan.
PIZZA SICILIANA - Tomato, fior di latte mozzarella, grilled eggplant, olives, chilli, basil.
PIZZA COTTO & FUNGHI - Focaccia base, fior di latte mozzarella, porcini & wild mushrooms, smoked ham, basil.

MAIN – ALTERNATE DROP

PORCHETTA ITALIANA - Slow cooked roast pork seasoned with Italian herbs. Served with roasted potatoes and red wine jus.
SALTIMBOCCA DI POLLO ALLA ROMANA - Roman style chicken scaloppini topped with sage and prosciutto, served with broccolini and white wine sauce.

DESSERT – INDIVIDUAL

CANNOLO SICILIANO - Sicilian Cannoli pastry filled with with Ricotta cream, dusted with icing sugar.
TORTA CAPRESE - Almond and dark chocolate traditional torte, served with mascarpone Chantilly cream, dusted with icing sugar.

Tickets must be pre-purchased to attend the event. No tickets will be on sale at the door.

This event is a fundraIser to help us raise some much-needed funds to support local community welfare projects, and girls orphanage in Timor Leste.

Please note: Seating for this event is very, very limited and will be allocated on a first-in-first -served basis. If you are purchasing your ticket singularly and are part of a group, please send an email to info@anfe.com.au with the name of your Table Booking Name so we can ensure you will be seated with them. Tables can seat up to 50 people. Smaller tables are available but are limited. To enter on the day, please bring a copy of your electronic Ticket Purchase on your phone or paper.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person by advising The Order of St Lazarus of the name change. 

Entry will be via the Main Entrance from VICTOR STREET ONLY!

Limited car-parking available on-site. Street parking available in surrounding streets. We recommend car-pooling where possible or catching a taxi, Uber or to get someone to drop you off at the Main Entrance.
