Fifth Whiskey Music
Fifth Whiskey Music is a versatile solo musician based between Sydney and the Central Coast, with several years’ experience performing for Carnival Cruise Lines. With a background in classical piano and jazz, Fifth Whiskey later picked up guitar and harmonica, bringing a diverse musical style to every performance. His repertoire spans classic favourites, blues, country, folk, pub rock, Australiana, pop, reggae and plenty more.
Chef Luca
Chef Luca is from Verona, Italy, and grew up in the Valpolicella region on his family’s vineyard, surrounded by exceptional food, wine and Italian culture. Inspired by his family’s passion for authentic, quality Italian cooking, Luca has spent much of his adult life exploring the culinary traditions and secrets of his ancestors. With 16 years of experience teaching Italian to Australian school students, Luca brings his energetic and engaging teaching style to his language and cooking courses, sharing his passion for Italian food and culture with every class.
