Italian Wine Lunch with Michael Trembath and Kevin McCarthy

THIS IS AN EVENT FOR UNIVERSITY HOUSE MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS

Enjoy seven premium Italian and Quealy wines over a three-course lunch in the company of Michael and Kevin.

Explore the synergy between northern Italian wines and local wines inspired from that region with Italian wine specialist and importer Michael Trembath and Quealy winemaker and viticulturist Kevin McCarthy.

Michael Trembath of Trembath & Taylor started one of the country’s seminal Italian importers over 30 years ago, compiling some of Italy’s greatest stars and icon producers in one portfolio. 

Kevin McCarthy has been labelled a pioneer and a trailblazer by the Australian wine press, having some of the earliest vine plantings on the peninsula but also experimenting with northeastern Italian grapes while enjoying regular working stints in Italian vineyards.
