As part of our International Women’s Day celebration, we’re honoured to welcome Jayne Lewis for a short, powerful hosted moment at the brewpub.

Co-founder of Two Birds Brewing and now founder of Full Circle Brewing, Jayne has long been a game-changer in Australian craft beer — and we’re proud to collaborate with her on The Game Changer Red Ale for 2026.

✨ What to Expect

Rather than a formal panel, this will be a relaxed but meaningful shared moment to gently gather the room and set the tone for the day.

Jayne will:

• Open with a brief International Women’s Day acknowledgement

• Lead a collective raise-a-glass moment tied to The Game Changer

• Introduce the concept of the Matilda Effect in plain language — the pattern where women’s contributions have often been overlooked or credited to others

• Share a handful of quick examples of women who changed the game

• Invite guests to reflect on:

  • Where they’ve seen this dynamic in their own lives or workplaces

  • How they have changed the game — or might choose to next
