Travel instructions
Cloudland is located on Ann Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. We recommend travelling by public transport, with Fortitude Valley Train Station within walking distance via Brunswick Street Mall. Cloudland does not provide onsite parking. Guests travelling by car should allow additional time to find parking in a nearby commercial car park.
Entry instructions
Entry is via the Ann Street doorway. There are several steps up into the venue. Wheelchair-accessible entry arrangements are being confirmed directly with Cloudland. Guests requiring step-free access from street level are encouraged to contact the event organiser in advance for assistance with arrival arrangements.
After entry instructions
Once inside, elevators are to your immediate left. Travel to Floor 3 for the Moon Room/Rose Room access. As you exit, turn left and you'll be greeted by one of our team. You may choose to walk up the 3rd floor via the sweeping Cloudland stairways. From front door, enter the ground floor bar area through the door to your right. Take the first stairway on your left as you enter. Once at the top of that stairway, turn left and follow the verandah to the spiral stairway. These spiral stairs, take you to the 3rd floor where our event will be held. Event registration will be located immediately outside the Moon Room entrance. Guests will then enter the Moon Room for pre-event networking, trade displays and arrival drinks before moving directly into the adjoining Rose Room for lunch. All areas used for registration, networking, trade displays and dining are step-free and wheelchair accessible.
Hazards
The adjoining Rainbow Room has three steps and is not wheelchair accessible. However, this room is not part of the event's registration, networking, trade display or dining areas. The Rainbow Room is a designated smoking area. A separate step-free designated outdoor smoking area is accessible from the Moon Room. The accessible route from street level into Cloudland's foyer is currently being confirmed with the venue.
Toilet location
Accessible bathroom facilities are available on the event level, including facilities serving the Moon Room and Rose Room. Please ask our event team or Cloudland staff if you would like directions to the nearest accessible bathroom.
Accessible parking
Cloudland does not offer onsite parking. Nearby commercial car parks may provide accessible parking spaces, including McWhirters and McLachlan & Ann in Fortitude Valley. Please contact the parking operator directly to confirm accessible parking availability, entry arrangements and current fees. Accessible vehicle drop-off arrangements at Cloudland are being confirmed with the venue.
Step-Free Event Experience
**Step-Free Event Experience** Ladies Who Long Lunch International Women's Day 2027 has been planned to provide step-free access throughout the guest experience once inside Cloudland. This includes registration, pre-event networking, trade displays, arrival drinks, dining, accessible bathrooms and an accessible designated outdoor smoking area. Guests with specific accessibility requirements are welcome to contact the event organiser before the event so we can assist with their arrangements.
